About this place
Moriki Shuzojo General Partnership Company is a sake brewer with its head office in Chitose, Iga, Mie Prefecture. Founded in 1893 (Meiji 26), with the brewery in Chitose in the north of Iga. The first brewery owner, Moriki Keiichiro, had a well dug by a certain monk, and so the brand name "Tae no Hana," after the Lotus Sutra (Myohorengekyo), was given. Rumiko no Sake is a junmai brand that includes a "Tokubetsu Junmai Nigori Nama Genshu." There is also a ginjo. The origin of the name is a woman who is a managing director of Moriki Shuzojo.
