About this place
Museum of Modern Ceramic Art, Gifu is a public art museum operated by Gifu Prefecture in Tajimi, Gifu Prefecture. It opened on October 12, 2002, as the core facility of Ceramics Park MINO. Specializing in modern and contemporary ceramics, it collects and holds studio ceramic works, practical ceramics and industrial ceramics from Japan and abroad since the end of the 19th century, and holds exhibitions.
