About this place
The Seki Sword Tradition Museum (Seki Sword Tradition Museum) is an exhibition facility run by Seki in Seki, Gifu Prefecture, introducing the swordsmithing skills handed down in Seki through video, materials and exhibits. It opened in 1984 as the Seki City Industrial Promotion Center, and after complete renovation reopened on 8 October 2002. In 2018 the Seki City Japanese Sword Forging Hall was renovated.
