About this place
Ceramics Park MINO is a complex in Tajimi, Gifu Prefecture, made up of an art museum, an event hall, an international conference hall and more. Located on hills in the eastern part of Tajimi, it was designed to harmonize with the natural topography of valleys and ridges and with consideration for the natural environment. The museum exhibition rooms use the world's first suspended seismic isolation structure, the "translational pendulum seismic isolation system."
