Kawasaki is a place name in Ise, Mie Prefecture. The current administrative place names are Kawasaki 1-chome to 3-chome. The postal code is 516-0009. As of 30 April 2020, the population was 1,613. A town that developed from the Muromachi period to the Edo period around the riverbank (kashi) where worshippers to Ise Jingu landed after crossing Ise Bay, it retains historic scenery such as townhouses and storehouses.
