About this place
The Niigata Prefectural Bandaijima Art Museum is an art museum located inside Toki Messe in Bandaijima, Chuo Ward, Niigata, Niigata Prefecture. It is owned, operated and managed by Niigata Prefecture. It opened on July 12, 2003 (Heisei 15) on the 5th floor of the Bandaijima Building of Toki Messe, which opened the same year, as a branch of the Niigata Prefectural Museum of Modern Art in Nagaoka.
