About this place
Otsu City Museum of History is a municipal museum in Otsu, Shiga Prefecture. It carries out research on the history and culture of Otsu and holds exhibitions. In particular it holds Otsu-e and holds special exhibitions on them. It is a two-story building; the first floor has an entrance hall and the Otsu History Museum information system. The second floor has a permanent exhibition room, a special exhibition room and more.
