Uchibori Vinegar, Inc. (English name: UCHIBORI VINEGAR,INC.) is a Japanese food-vinegar maker with its head office in Yaotsu, Kamo District, Gifu Prefecture. It makes vinegar for commercial and raw-material use, and does contract production of private-brand products such as Seven Premium. Fruit Vinegar (registered trademark) - Fruit-flavored vinegar made mainly from fruit juice. 1876 (Meiji 9) - Founded. February 1951 (Showa 26) - Incorporated.
