Shinshu Ham Co., Ltd. (English name: SHINSHU HAM CO., LTD.) is a food processing maker with its head office in Ueda, Nagano Prefecture. Founded in 1941. It has the Shinshu Ham Shop, a factory-direct shopping site, and the Shinshu Ham Karuizawa Kobo, in Karuizawa, which has a cafe restaurant where visitors can try making sausages by hand. March 1941 - Founded in Ueda, Nagano Prefecture, as an individual shop, Kubo Shoten. July 1947 - Kubo Shoten Co., Ltd. established (the company counts this year as its founding year).
