About this place
Izutsu Wine Co., Ltd. (Izutsu Wine) is a winemaker in Shiojiri, Nagano Prefecture. It began in 1927 (Showa 2), when Izutsuya Farm opened a brewing division. In 1933 (Showa 8) it founded the Izutsuya Winery and began brewing its own brand of products using locally grown Niagara and Concord grapes.
