Shirataki Shuzo Co., Ltd. (English name: Shirataki Sake Brewery Co.,LTD) is a sake brewery founded in 1855 (Ansei 2), with its head office in Yuzawa, Minamiuonuma District, Niigata Prefecture. Jozen Mizu no Gotoshi, and the twelve-month Jozen Mizu no Gotoshi - From the proverb "the highest good is like water." Minatoya Tosuke (founder) Takaki no Ippon (toji Matsumoto Takaki)
