Takachiyo Shuzo (English name: Takachiyo Sake Brewery Co.,LTD) is a sake brewery with its head office in Nagasaki, Minamiuonuma, Niigata Prefecture. 1871 (Meiji 3) - Founded. 2017 (Heisei 29) - Wins the Excellent Taste Award. Makihata Enzui (natural mineral water) The brewery's own paddies for its sake rice Ippon-jime (Tokuda Nosan, an agricultural cooperative corporation)
