About this place
Kiminoi Shuzo Co., Ltd. is a sake brewery in Myoko, Niigata Prefecture, founded in 1842 (Tenpo 13). Its trade names are Tanakaya and Sake Tanaka. The head of the family has taken the name Daigoro through the generations. Its brand is Kiminoi. A feature of Kiminoi Shuzo's sake brewing is that half of the brewing is done in the traditional yamahai method.
