About this place
Kikuchi Shuzo Co., Ltd. is a liquor maker and seller in Agasaki, Tamashima, Kurashiki, Okayama Prefecture. Its signature brand is the sake Sanzen. Under a president-toji (master brewer) who is also a musician, it is known for brewing in a brewery where Mozart's music plays. Founded in 1878 (Meiji 11). The brewery stands in a corner of the wholesale district that flourished as Tamashima Port, where large cargo ships once came and went.
