About this place
Asamurasaki Co., Ltd. is a food maker with head offices in Kasaoka, Okayama Prefecture, and Fukuyama, Hiroshima Prefecture. It makes seasonings and processed foods, mainly oyster soy sauce. Its roots lie in the soy sauce business that Fujii Kunigoro founded in 1910 (Meiji 43) in Fukatsu Village. It originally focused on brewing soy sauce, but now handles a wide range of seasonings, including oyster soy sauce, and processed foods such as retort pouches.
