About this place
Naniwa Shuzo Limited Company (Naniwa Shuzo Brewery) is a sake brewer with its head office in Hannan, Osaka Prefecture. Its representative brand is "Naniwa Masamune." The Naruko main family came from Ishida Village, Hine District, Izumi Province (now Hannan, Osaka Prefecture), and Naruko Zenshiro moved to Ozaki Village and began trading under the title "Matsuya." In 1716 (1st year of Kyoho), Naruko Zenshichi branched off from the Naruko main family and became the first head of Naniwa Shuzo. The fifth Naruko Zenshichi in the Tenpo era is regarded as the reviver and became wealthy, owning fields in various places.
