The Iwashita Shin-Shoga Museum is a corporate museum of Iwashita Foods in Honcho, Tochigi, Tochigi Prefecture. Through viewing exhibits and hands-on activities about the company's product Iwashita no Shin-Shoga (new ginger), it is described as a facility where visitors can feel the happiness of having new ginger. It is often treated as a quirky "B-class spot", but it has won recognition from the tourism industry, being selected for four consecutive years among the "100 Tourism, Dining and Souvenir Facilities Chosen by Professionals" by the travel newspaper Junkan Ryoko Shimbun.
