About this place
Takizawa Ham Co., Ltd. is a food maker with its head office in Izumikawacho, Tochigi, Tochigi Prefecture, mainly making ham. Besides its Izumikawa Factory and Deli Factory in Tochigi, where its head office stands, it has the Nishikata Factory in Hongo, Nishikata-machi, within the city, and the Sennan Factory in Kakuda, Miyagi Prefecture. 1918 (Taisho 7) - The first president, Takizawa Teisuke, founds a meat-selling business in Tochigi. 1948 (Showa 23) - Builds a new meat-processing factory in Iwaimachi, Tochigi.
