Kagaya Shoyu Co., Ltd. is a company in Ishii, Myozai District, Tokushima Prefecture. It originally made soy sauce, sauces and other products under the Ichimitsuboshi brand. 1893 - The Kondo family, indigo merchants of the Awa domain, begin a soy sauce manufacturing business. 20 September 2006 - Kai Shuzo Co., Ltd. is established in Chuo Ward, Tokyo, as a subsidiary of Japan Food & Liquor Alliance. 8 November 2006 - Head office moves to Ishii, Myozai District, Tokushima Prefecture.
