About this place
Budo manju is a product and local specialty confection made and sold by Hinode Honten, based in Mima, Tokushima Prefecture. It is known as the company's signature product. Its catchphrase is "Cross the sea and go be praised, Budo Manju." The filling holds milk rather than mochi. Although it is a manju, it comes skewered in dumpling form. The product's included extra, the Hinode Lucky Ticket.
