About this place
The Tokyo Metropolitan Industrial Technology Research Institute (TIRI), a local independent administrative agency, is a public testing and research institution established by Tokyo Metropolis. By carrying out testing, research, dissemination and technical support on industrial technology, it aims to promote small and medium-sized enterprises in Tokyo and thereby contribute to improving the lives of Tokyo residents.
