About this place
Mikuni Hare Shuzo Co., Ltd. is a Japanese sake brewery in Kurobe, Toyama Prefecture, that makes and sells sake and other products. Almost everything it produces is premium sake of designated types, such as junmai and ginjo. It uses sake rice such as Yamada Nishiki and produces 180,000 liters a year. It is the only sake brewery in Japan with a spring from the Ministry of the Environment's list of 100 Exquisite and Well-Conserved Waters of Japan welling up on its grounds.
