About this place
Yoshimura Hideo Shoten Co., Ltd. is a sake brewing company in Iwade, Wakayama Prefecture. It makes local sake using subterranean water of the Kino River and Yamada Nishiki grown on "Aragi Island" in Aridagawa, Wakayama Prefecture, also selected as one of the 100 Selected Terraced Rice Fields of Japan, and makes "Nihonjo," "Teppotai," "Kurumazaka" and others (see the "Main Products" section below for details). Founded in 1915 (Taisho 4), it has its head office at 72 Hatake, Iwade, Wakayama Prefecture.
