About this place
Denroku Co., Ltd. is a confectionery maker with its head office in Yamagata, Yamagata Prefecture. It was founded in 1924 (Taisho 13). The founder was Suzuki Denroku, from whom the company name derives. Its signature product is Denroku Mame. November 1924 - Founded to make confectionery (okoshi). 1950 (Showa 25) - Grew rapidly with amanatto (sweet simmered beans). May 1953 (Showa 28) - Suzuki Seika Co., Ltd. established. June 1956 (Showa 31) - Denroku Mame launched.
