Micron Seimitsu Co., Ltd. is a company with its head office in Yamagata, Yamagata Prefecture, that designs, manufactures and sells grinders (grinding machines) and their peripheral equipment. 1958 - Founded as the Yamagata factory of Nakagawa Seiki Co., Ltd. 1961 - Nakagawa Seiki Seizo Co., Ltd. established. 1968 - Changed to its current name. 2005 - Listed on JASDAQ. 2010 - Following the merger of the JASDAQ Securities Exchange and the Osaka Securities Exchange, listed on the Osaka Securities Exchange JASDAQ market.
