Torikai Hachimangu is a shrine in Imagawa, Chuo Ward, Fukuoka, Fukuoka Prefecture, and its former shrine rank was prefectural shrine. It is revered as the guardian shrine of Fukuoka and is also worshipped as a god of matchmaking, safe childbirth and child-minding. Centre hall: Emperor Ojin - god of culture and averting misfortune Left hall: Empress Jingu - god of safe childbirth Right hall: Tamayorihime no Mikoto - god of matchmaking Oomononushi no Okami - god of sea voyages and traffic safety
