About this place
Tsukiyomi no Miya is a shrine in Nakamuracho, Ise, Mie. It is a betsugu (separate shrine) of Kotai Jingu (Naiku) of Ise Jingu, and an Engishiki-listed shrine. It is sometimes written in a simplified form of the characters. At the 62nd Shikinen Sengu of the Jingu, the transfer ceremony was held at 8 p.m. on October 6, 2014 (Heisei 26), about a year after the Naiku transfer ceremony. Tsukuyomi no Mikoto - the second worship hall from the right facing Tsukiyomi no Miya. Tsukuyomi no Mikoto Aramitama - the rightmost worship hall facing Tsukiyomi Aramitama no Miya.
