Overview
Even after the separation of Shinto and Buddhism it did not become a shrine, but kept enshrining Inari as a temple: a rare case. Its formal name is Myokyoji.

Saijo Inari is a Nichiren-sect temple in Kita Ward, Okayama, Okayama. Its formal name is Saijo Inarisan Myokyoji. Because it stands in the Takamatsu district of Kita Ward, Okayama, it is also called Takamatsu Inari.
