About this place
Paragliding on Mount Kanpu in the Shirakami, Noshiro and Oga area of Akita. Even without experience you can fly with a veteran pilot for an aerial walk, and a license course offers serious training toward solo flights. Mount Kanpu is one of the leading paragliding meccas in Tohoku.

Please wear clothes you can move in and do not mind getting a little dirty. (sweatshirts, track suits, sweats and so on. Jeans are not suitable.) Shoes should be trekking shoes or similar that firmly support the ankle, ideally with non-slip soles. *Sports sandals are also not allowed. Bare skin may touch plants.
