A sake brewery in Yurihonjo, Akita. The brewers grow the sake rice "Akita Sake Komachi" themselves and brew sake, offering "three-no brewing" sake, with no paddling, no added water and no filtering. "Hakko Koji Taya," opened across the road in July 2019, has a shop, a cafe and a gallery.
