Booking & access: • Get off at JR Fukui Station -> take the Echizen Railway Katsuyama-Eiheiji Line bound for 'Katsuyama' (about 1 hour) -> get off at Katsuyama Station -> about 15 minutes by community bus, or about 10 minutes by taxi • At JR Fukui Station, transfer to the JR Etsumi-Hoku Line bound for 'Echizen-Ono' or 'Kuzuryuko' -> get off at Echizen-Ono Station -> about 20 minutes by taxi • Hokuriku Expressway Fukui-Kita JCT/IC -> Chubu-Jukan Expressway Katsuyama IC -> local roads ... about 15 minutes • From Shirotori IC on the Tokai-Hokuriku Expressway via the Chubu-Jukan Expressway -> National Route 158 -> National Route 157 ... about 90 minutes Parking: Available

Walk among more than 80 life-size dinosaurs.

About this place

A walk-through amusement facility in Katsuyama Dinosaur Forest. Its total area is 1.7 hectares and it is an adventure attraction about 600 m long, where 87 life-size dinosaur robots that move and roar greet visitors. There are the Forest Where Dinosaurs Live, the Giant Insect Adventure Tour, the Dinosaur Maze, Gao Gao Hiroba and more.
