About this place
The Echizen Coast of Fukui Prefecture is the coastline from Tojinbo in the north to Sugitsu in Tsuruga in the south. The beauty of strange rocks and sheer cliffs continues along it, and it is designated a quasi-national park. With Echizen Cape at the west end, it juts out into the Sea of Japan in a gentle V shape, and the Kuzuryu River flows in at its northern end. In drive features it is introduced as a trip of about 75 km.
