A roadside station in Otani, Minamiechizen, Fukui Prefecture. Marked by a large windmill, it sells specialties of the Echizen Coast, offers guidance to famous places and sights, and has a cafe and light meals. The product hall is open 8:30 to 19:00, closed on the second Thursday of each month and over the New Year. The rest area and toilets can be used 24 hours.
