It stands within the grounds of Mizuho PayPay Dome Fukuoka, and the building has 7 floors above ground. Nearby are the commercial complex MARK IS Fukuoka Momochi (opened in 2018) and a high-rise condominium (The Parkhouse Fukuoka Towers).
