About this place
A limestone cave in Anakuta, Hachiman-cho, Gujo, Gifu Prefecture, a mountain away from Gujo Hachiman. It was formed when a fault in the Paleozoic limestone layer was heavily eroded by groundwater. You head to the entrance by a wooden cable car, rare even nationwide. Open 8:30-17:00, and entry with pets is refused.
