A restaurant in Ueda, Minami, Gujo. It serves wild ayu caught at a yana on the Nagara River and is proud of its wild ayu dishes. You can eat on a wooden deck looking at the Nagara River right below, and there is also an air-conditioned interior. Open every day from June to October, and in other months by reservation or irregular closing.
