About this place
Gifu Seiryu Satoyama Park is an urban park (a Gifu Prefecture urban park) in Yamanoue-cho, Minokamo, Gifu Prefecture. It was built to evoke the satoyama of the 1950s and 1960s. Its former name under the Urban Parks Act was Heisei Commemorative Park, and its former nickname was Nihon Showa Mura (Japan Showa Village). 'Heisei Commemorative Park Nihon Showa Mura', combining the former name and former nickname, was also used. It has Michi-no-Eki Minokamo attached as a roadside station.
