A general park in Kuwayama, Chikusei, Ibaraki. It has a skateboard plaza, an athletic plaza, a barbecue plaza, children's play equipment and a pond with waterfowl, and also a ground for baseball and soccer and 12 tennis courts. Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., extended to 9:00 p.m. from April 1 to November 30.
