About this place
Cubic Plaza Shin-Yokohama is a station building at Shin-Yokohama Station (2-chome Shin-Yokohama, Kohoku Ward, Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture). It is operated by Shin-Yokohama Station Development Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Central Japan Railway Company (JR Central). It opened on 26 March 2008. It occupies the lower floors up to the 10th floor of the Shin-Yokohama Chuo Building, a complex station building on the northwest side of Shin-Yokohama Station with 19 floors above ground and 4 below and a height of about 75 meters (the upper floors house Hotel Associa Shin-Yokohama and offices).
