Michi-no-Eki Shichijo Melon Dome is a roadside station on National Route 325 in Kikuchi, Kumamoto Prefecture. It is characterized by a building themed on the melon, a local specialty. It opened as a specialty products center on April 29, 1995 (Heisei 7). At Shichijo Melon Dome, melons are checked with a sugar-content meter called a 'light sensor,' and only melons with a sugar content of 14 degrees or higher are lined up in the shop.
