About this place
Otabe Honkan, attached to the Mito head office factory in Minami Ward, Kyoto. You can buy the famous Kyoto sweet Otabe and original products found only here, and on the 2nd floor of the shop, in Otabe Koji, you can watch the manufacturing process through glass. There are two experience courses: the 1-hour Otabe Experience Dojo (1,200 yen) and the 30-minute easy Otabe experience (800 yen).
