A new factory in Minami Ward, Kyoto, for Kyobaum, a baumkuchen made with Uji matcha and Kyoto soy milk. The shop sells limited products, fresh matcha sweets, and goods, and on the factory tour you can watch artisans bake the baumkuchen (no reservation needed). The cafe serves limited sweets such as the morning-baked Kyobaum Plate.
