About this place
A shrine in Joyo. The main hall, an Important Cultural Property built in 1448 (Bunan 5), is the oldest surviving wooden building in the city, with a chidori gable on the front of its cypress-bark roof. The beautiful green approach is also a highlight. At the shrine office you can see the Okage Dance picture votive tablet (a prefecturally registered cultural property) dedicated in 1830 (Bunsei 13) in the Edo period.
