About this place
The Ishigami-san stone in the grounds of Shinmei Shrine in Osatsu, Toba. Among ama divers it has long been believed that it will grant at least one wish of a woman, and female worshippers visit from all over Japan. You write one wish on a prayer paper and put it in the wish box. A protective charm embroidered with a star and a lattice mark is also popular.
