Overview
An inn whose open-air bath looks over Lake Suwa, with cypress tubs.
About this place
A hot spring inn with eight rooms on the shore of Lake Suwa in Suwa, Nagano Prefecture. All guest rooms have open-air baths, in simple spaces using plain wood, plaster, natural timber and tatami. The observation open-air bath, where Lake Suwa and the tub appear as one, is mixed, and you wear a bathing garment. The food draws out the flavor of ingredients with local seasonings such as Suwa local sake and miso.
