About this place
A multipurpose gymnasium in Yatayama-cho, Yamatokoriyama. It is one of the venues of the National Goldfish Scooping Championship, held every August to promote Yamatokoriyama as the goldfish town. When the Kinki Mahoroba Sports Festival was held, a nickname was solicited from the public, and as a result it also came to be called Goldfish Square.
