A Niigata food specialty shop inside JR Echigo-Yuzawa Station (CoCoLo Yuzawa) in Yuzawa, Niigata Prefecture. It stocks sake and wine from breweries in Niigata Prefecture, original products made with local ingredients such as Western sweets and rice crackers, Koshihikari rice from Minamiuonuma, and miso and soy sauce from various regions. It also has Kikisake Bansho, where you can taste sake from all the breweries in the prefecture, Bakudan Onigiri-ya, which uses one go of Minamiuonuma Koshihikari rice, Koji Latte, soft-serve ice cream made with koji, and a sake bath.
