About this place
Matsudai Shibatoge Onsen is a hot spring in Yomogihira, Tokamachi, Niigata Prefecture. It was drilled under a project of Matsudai Town (as it was then) and opened in 1991 (Heisei 3). It has a day-trip and accommodation facility, Unkai, and the Matsudai Sogo Kaihatsu and Joetsu Kanko Kaihatsu joint venture is the designated manager.
