About this place
Ikutopia Shokuka is a complex facility in the southern district of Torinoya-gata, Chuo Ward, Niigata, Niigata Prefecture, themed on food and flowers. The following facilities are in the park. A feature is that many tulips, the city flower, are planted throughout the park, beginning with the garden. It is an awareness-raising facility on animal welfare. Besides keeping alpacas, the center also takes in stray dogs and cats.
