About this place
Maiko Snow Resort is a ski area along the Kan-Etsu Expressway in Maiko, Minamiuonuma, Niigata Prefecture. It is operated by Smile Ski Resort of the Hospitality Partners Group. It was once operated by a Tokyo Dome affiliate (described later). The slopes are divided into three areas around the Maiko Gondola as the center line: the Maiko Area, the Naganemine Area and the Okusoeji Area.
